Severini János (1716-1789) pedagógus, író. 1755-től haláláig a selmecbányai gimnázium igazgatója. Történelmi, filozófiai és természettudományos könyveket írt. Aukciós tételünk a magyar történelem áttekintése a kezdetektől, valamint a királyok viselt dolgairól 1775-ig, két részben.
Korabeli, aranyozott, bordázott gerincű egészbőr-kötésben, pirosra festett lapszélekkel, jó példány.
