The author was one of the first representatives of Hungarian literary folklore, the secretary of Count János Fekete of Galánta. Kazinczy despised his poetry, but Csokonai respected him as a friend. In his work, he opposed forced language reform, referring to the abundance of expressive words of the common people.
Richly gilt, contemporary leather.
